York Pride – 10 June 2024

Dear Parents and Carers

On Saturday 1st June, Scarcroft was super proud to be part of the York Pride parade!

Dressed in their finest rainbow colours and linking up with Knavesmire Primary’s Samba Band, our Percussion Club (generously led by the incredibly talented Andy Jennings) kept onlookers in the party mood all the way from St Helen’s Square to the Knavesmire with their non-stop samba beats.

They were joined by teachers carrying our wonderful (and enormous!) new school Pride banner as well as lots of our wonderfully supportive Scarcroft families.

What a #Positive afternoon for us to remember!
