We offer Wraparound Care through Breakfast Club before school and After School Club at the end of the day.
Breakfast Club runs in the main school building from 7.45am until the start of the school day. The children are provided with a choice for breakfast. This will include cereals and toast but can also include croissants and bacon sandwiches. After the children have eaten their breakfast they can play until the start of the school day when they will be taken to their classrooms. All our supervisors are also part of our school team and are dedicated to giving the children a good start to the school day. Places at Breakfast Club must be booked. Each sessions cost £6.00 and can be paid for via ParentPay. Please contact Mrs Brown at the school office if you would like to book a place.
We run an After School Club within the school building from the end of school until 6pm. The club is run by staff who are committed to providing high quality childcare, where children are happy and safe in a stimulating environment. Sessions are allocated based on availability, fees will be charged at the beginning of each half term according to the sessions you are allocated, whether your child attends the ASC or not. If you wish to give up your allocated sessions, then 2 weeks notice is required in writing.Â
The cost of After School Club is £12.00 per session per child. Fees will appear on your ParentPay account. Payments can be made via ParentPay, Childcare vouchers, BACS and Tax Free Credits.
If you are late collecting your child from the After School Club than a late fee of £10.00 will be added to your fees each time.
We are able to offer limited ad hoc sessions with a minimum of two weeks’ notice for both clubs. The price of the ad hoc sessions will increase to £13.50 for After School Club, and £6.75 for Breakfast Club. If you need to cancel an ad hoc session with less than one weeks’ notice we will unfortunately need to charge a cancellation fee of £2.50 for Breakfast Club and £5.00 for After School Club.
Please remember that all sessions must be pre-booked so please do not arrive unexpectedly as we may not have staffing capacity and it also places our safeguarding procedures at risk.
